Built for the Whole Arc
Mehndi the night before. Baraat at the door. Nikah with proper sightlines. Walima at full scale. One coordinator, one venue, one running order.
Most London venues handle a piece of this. Meridian Grand was designed to carry the whole sequence — without compromise to any of them.

An in-house halal kitchen — not an add-on. Live chaat counters, biryani and nihari for six hundred covers, mithai stations to close.

FAQs
Common Questions
How many guests can Meridian Grand seat for a Pakistani wedding?
Two pillar-free ballrooms seat 120 to 800 guests, with a sweet spot around 250 to 600. The Grand Ballroom and Meridian Ballroom can be hired individually or combined into one Meridian Grand Ballroom for the largest Walima receptions.
Can we hold Mehndi, Nikah and Walima on consecutive days?
Yes. Multi-day bookings across the weekend are common. Your Event Coordinator sequences each day with its own running order, décor reset, and catering plan — no overlap, no rushed turnaround.
Is the catering halal?
Yes. Halal is the standard, not an option. The in-house kitchen serves Punjabi, Sindhi, Kashmiri and Pashtun-leaning menus across chaat, biryani, nihari, kebab and mithai courses, alongside contemporary plated alternatives.
Do you accommodate segregation and female-only staffing?
Yes. Flexible partitioning, separate entrances, female-only event staff on request, and prayer space on hand. Built in by design — used as openly or as discreetly as your family prefers.
Where in London is Meridian Grand?
Advent Way, London N18 3AF — North London, with M25 and A406 access. Convenient for Pakistani families across Walthamstow, Ilford, Tower Hamlets, Edmonton, Enfield and beyond, with extensive on-site parking.
Is there a sound limiter?
No. Dhol, dholki, full DJ rigs and live entertainment run at full volume. Production lighting is integrated into the ballroom infrastructure.
