We collect data including, name, telephone number(s), email addresses, postal addresses and information about the event that you are considering holding at Meridian Grand. We also collect data about how you heard about us, to better inform how we can best reach the people who may require our services. This data is only usually used when forming quotations, when following up with open enquiries and confirming bookings.

Once a booking is confirmed, we use the data collected from that client, their family member(s), interested parties or company, to help them organise their event and also to take payments due for that event.

When we are collecting data from you, you may also opt in to receive email marketing communications, including information about special events and offers we have, however this will not be done automatically. If at any time users who have opted in wish to opt out, they can do so by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.
